Software Inspection Tests
Soldering Analysis
Automated Functionality
Preset parameters allow for BGA Shorts, Cold Solder,
BGA Voids etc to be compared against live images
automatically, allowing for recognition and detection of
faults.
Test parameters of different products can be classi昀椀ed
and stored; this allows for rapid future use. The
programs can be used to set an inspection route or
sequence for one or more products.
Navigation Window
Measurement Function
A live image of the inspection window is stored and
displayed on screen, to allow for easy navigation. A
simple click in the area you wish to inspect and the
machine will automatically navigate to the selected point
of interest.
The built-in measurement function offers preset test to
be made in the area of interest, this is then accompanied
by highlighting of test failures. The size measurement
tool covers items distance, gold wire curvature, slope
and angle measurements.
Void Measurement
Automatic Machine Features
Optional Manual / Automatic measurements can be
taken using the single / multi-ball measurement tool. The
search area can be preset for automatic measurement.
The 昀椀nal result can be marked directly on the image or
exported as a CSV 昀椀le or customised report document.
The machines’ automatic machine protection function
allows for automatic calibration alignment when the
system has been reset. The system also allows for the
import of pre-production programs, which utilises the fast
automatic positioning function, making it convenient for
large-scale inspection and product management.
